STEP 1: WATCH "TIME-BASED ACTIVITY PACING"

Learn more about chronic pain, it's triggers, and about the various tools you will be acquiring through this program.


STEP 2: WATCH "Exercise"

This video will help you understand the causes of pain and how actions influence it. 


STEP 3: SCHEDULE A CONVERSATION WITH YOUR COACH

Set up a time to connect with your coach over the phone.  The coach will  review the two videos in this module and answer any questions that you have.
